THE GTI STORY

GTI Properties began three decades ago with a focus on developing emerging city neighborhoods. In the early years, GTI founder Mario Nicosia began by acquiring real estate on St. Botolph Street; restoring old brownstones into first-class apartments and helping lead the transformation of this South End neighborhood into one of Boston’s most desirable.

Years later, GTI & Mr. Nicosia turned their attention to the vacant mill buildings on the eastern edge of the South End. This area, now known as SoWa, has become Boston’s epicenter for artists, modern residences, and creative businesses. Today, GTI Properties is now one of Boston’s largest and most respected property management companies, and while we’ve grown and expanded from our humble beginnings, we remain committed to having a positive impact on all of Boston’s communities and residents.
